on-Site parking
We have two main parking lots that offer our guests FREE parking!
Use these addresses to navigate to either lot so you can enjoy the Fair!
WEST ENTRANCE
South Locust and State Fair Boulevard:

shuttle Buses
Nebraska State Fair will provide free off-site shuttle service to and from the fairgrounds from the parking lot at one location in Grand Island:

Buses will run starting at 9 a.m. each day of State Fair.
Shuttles depart off-site locations on the hour and from the fairgrounds on the half hour.

Shuttles run 9 a.m. – 10:45 p.m. every day.

Shuttles run extended hours after concerts.
Shuttles load and unload at Gate 5A, by the 4-H / FFA Building on the north side of campus.
On-Site trams
We know the Fair offers a lot of flat-surface walking and ability to explore. We are glad to offer a couple of different options to help folks get to and from the attractions they wish to see
Tractor-drawn trams travel around the grounds and allow guests to hop on and off at any designated tram stop. In addition to ADA lifts on the trams, guests needing a ride can visit any Information Kiosk that is staffed with a Volunteer in a yellow shirt. These volunteers can call for a courtesy golf cart shuttle for you.
We also offer parking lot trams that help get you from your vehicle, to the main gate.
Please note that unless it’s an identified emergency, golf carts can not transport guests to their cars. They must remain inside the gate.

NOTE: During the Fair, you will need to have an admission ticket scanned at the gate in order to access our Administration Office or Box Office. Once in the gate, you can find both of these offices inside the Nebraska Building.
WILL CALL can be found outside Main Gate, off State Fair Blvd. during the 11 days of Fair. Prior to, or after the event, you’ll find Will Call items at the Box Office.
