The Wade Shows Carnival brings the thrills, excitement, and fun you expect from a top-tier midway experience. With a wide variety of rides, games, and attractions for all ages, it’s a standout feature at fairs and festivals nationwide. Whether you’re after heart–racing adventures or family–friendly favorites, Wade Shows delivers entertainment for every level of thrill–seeker. Carnival wristbands can be purchased in advance on the State Fair website or on-site at the Wade Shows’ ticket booth during the Fair.

Wristbands & Ride Cards
Wristbands are available to purchase at the carnival beginning Aug. 28
- Weekday (Monday–Thursday, excluding Labor Day): $37
- Weekend (Friday-Sunday, Labor Day): $42
- Ride card*: 8 credits for $12, 28 credits for $35 or 50 credits for $50
*All cards have a onetime activation fee from Wade Shows.
FEATURED RIDES
Kamikaze
This is a modern day version of the old salt and pepper ride. Two separate vehicles holding 16 passengers each, both rotating 360 degrees in opposite directions.
Musicfest
Musicfest is a music ride similar to a Himalaya except the individual cars swing out as it travels in a circle, where as Himalaya’s do not swing.
Mega Drop
One of only five in the U.S.. This is a 135’ Drop Tower that lifts 12 passengers 105’ in the air and “shoots” them back to platform level stopped by “everlasting magnets.”
