The Nebraska State Fair wants to provide an experience that is safe, fun, and inclusive for all! Join us on Friday, August 30th from 10 am to 2 pm for our second ever Fair-Tastic Friday! The Nebraska State Fair is partnering with the State Treasurer’s Office to provide a sensory-friendly environment for individuals of any age with physical or developmental disabilities. This event will include a resource fair for parents and caretakers to discover resourceful organizations in the community, along with sensory friendly activities in a private area just for those attending the event. The carnival will be operating with dimmed lights and low sounds from 1-3 pm. Those who register will receive half-priced tickets for a guardian and their special guest(s). The first 50 registrants will receive a Fair-Tastic Friday swag bag!
