The Nebraska Cattlemen Beef Pit is a Nebraska State Fair tradition. Since 1984, volunteer Nebraska Cattlemen producers and industry partners showcase the State’s beef industry by serving mouth-watering prime rib, roast beef, and BBQ beef meals. NEW FOOD: Burnt End Sandwich
