Release

All submitted artwork shall become the property of the Nebraska State Fair and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an entry, the artist and owner of the artwork, as well as the creator of any digital images, photographs, videos, or other formatted materials associated with the submission, grant the Nebraska State Fair a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the artwork, submission, and any related materials in promotional, marketing, or media efforts associated with the contest. This includes the right to reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and to edit, adapt, or modify the artwork or submission as needed.
