THE ZOOEYS are like if one of those prime 1980s alt rock bands were formed in Nebraska in the 2020s. You know the ones – like R.E.M. or Pixies or The Replacements. The band consists of Zooey Rudd (vocals), Annie Gaston (synth), Stephen Mailand (drums), Hunter Arias (bass), and Kyle (other). THE ZOOEYS have played hundreds of shows of all forms and magnitudes across the Midwest. The strange, fragmented world we live in needs the community of music more than ever.
