Simple Rules for a Great Stay
Booking & Check-In
Campsites must be booked by the guest staying in the site; payment
due when booking.
Bookings stay with the person who made them — no transfers or
resales.
All applicable camping fees booking unless otherwise specified
taxes and fees are included in this price.
Refunds are not available after July 1st, all refunds will be subject to a 20% fee.
Specific campsite locations are not guaranteed. Site assignments
may be adjusted and are finalized upon arrival based on
operational needs — thanks for your flexibility!
Campground Hosts have final authority regarding site assignments
and campground operations — they’re here to help everyone have a
great stay.
Check-In: 12 PM | Check-Out: 10 AM — please be moved out by 10 AM
so the next camper can start their stay on time.
Arriving after 6 PM? Call (308) 218-3780 to avoid being considered a
no-show.
Leaving early may result in forfeiture of your reservation without
a refund.
During Your Stay
Leave it better than you found it. Keep your site clean and tidy —
everyone appreciates it.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
Generators are fine anytime — just be courteous.
No fires or fireworks.
No product sales, mechanical repairs, or vehicle washing.
Parking or use of vacant campsites is not permitted — it keeps
things organized for everyone.
Pets are welcome at your site on a leash. Service animals only
inside the fairgrounds. Please clean up after them.
Vehicles & Equipment
One vehicle is permitted per campsite and must be parked on the
door side of the camper unless otherwise directed by Campground
Hosts.
Each site includes one vehicle pass (two max with purchase).
Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
Additional vehicles require the purchase of an extra vehicle pass.
Fees apply, and limits may be enforced.
Park only in your assigned area — it keeps things smooth for
everyone.
Golf carts / UTVs welcome if registered. All motorized vehicles
operating within the campground (including golf carts, UTVs, and
scooters) must have the proper permit or registration as required
by the Nebraska State Fair & Aksarben Stock Show — just register
and drive safely.
Please bring your own adapters and hose splitters — we don’t have
extras.
A Few Final Notes
The Nebraska State Fair & Aksarben Stock Show Campground operates
from the first day of August to the last day of September.
Gate admission sold separately.
The Nebraska State Fair & Aksarben Stock Show isn’t responsible for
damaged equipment.
