KC and the Sunshine Band, led by Harry Wayne Casey, have been shaping pop, R&B, and disco for 50 years with hits like “Get Down Tonight,” “That’s The Way (I Like It),” and “Shake Your Booty.” With over 100 million records sold, multiple Grammy wins, and music featured in films, commercials, and sports events, their influence spans generations worldwide. Today, they continue touring globally, releasing new music and inspiring audiences to dance and celebrate life. Advance tickets include gate admission.

ALL Nebraskans are welcome to attend this Resource Fair. This year’s festival will be hosted on the south side of the Fonner Park Concourse AND outside under the Food Pod 3 Tent. There’s lots to explore! Presented by CHI Health.

Sherwin Linton and the Cotton Kings

Sherwin Linton, a legendary country and rockabilly entertainer whose career marks 70 years in 2026.  He began as a teenage radio performer in South Dakota which lead to national success with chart hits, Grand Ole Opry performances, and Grammy-nominated recordings. Best known for songs like “Cotton King,” “Hello, I’m Not Johnny Cash,” and the holiday favorite “Santa Got A DWI,” Sherwin has recorded more than 27 albums and performed across the U.S. and Canada. Sherwin is joined on stage by his wife Pam Linton, an Americana and traditional country vocalist known for her heartfelt delivery, expressive storytelling, and deep respect for the roots of American music. Sherwin and Pam are backed by their dynamic band “The Cotton Kings.”

Musical Performances by the Divas

11:30 PM: Divas Through the Decades celebrates legendary female artists from the 1940s to today. Featuring powerhouse vocals, dazzling costumes, choreography, comedy and audience participation, this high-energy show delivers timeless hits for all ages.

4:30 PM: Divas Gone Country brings the best of country music to life with hits from Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Shania Twain, Taylor Swift and more. 

6:30 PM: Tribute to the Troops is a heartfelt female trio honoring America’s veterans through patriotic favorites and military anthems. Audiences will be moved by powerful harmonies, uplifting performances and a meaningful celebration of the men and women who have served our nation.

He performs with a cool Digital Roland Accordion! His shows are always different because he involves the audience with humor and experience of 60+ years. He is a three time Nebraska accordion champion.

A duo group featuring Rich Caruso and Paul Siebert performing pop American music and entertainment. Keyboard, guitar and vocals. Paul Siebert- Multi instrumentalist, vocals, entertainer. Member of the Nebraska Country Music Hall of Fame. Booking through Humanities Nebraska, Nebraska Arts Council.

2:30 PM - Tom & Wes

The Tom and Wes show will take you on an incredible 70’s acoustical journey, performing songs by such artists as James Taylor, John Denver, The Beatles, Gordon Lightfoot, Dan Fogelberg, Jim Croce, and more!

Leo Lonnie Polka

4:30 PM - Leo Lonnie Orchestra Polka Band

The Leo Lonnie Polka Band, led by Nebraska native Lonnie Piitz, is a staple at the Nebraska State Fair, delivering a mix of polkas, waltzes, and big band tunes. Lonnie, a multi-instrumentalist, has over three decades of experience in the Nebraska and surrounding states music scene, specializing in danceable old-time and big band music. Celebrating their 35th year, the Leo Lonnie Polka Band is truly “A Musical Treat For Dancing Feet”!

7:00 PM - Hamilton County Community Band

The all-volunteer Band has continuously performed throughout Nebraska from it’s inception in 1905 to the current time via multiple venues including radio in 1926. Their performance is a full concert band consisting of approximately 20 members. They play a variety of music including Patriotic numbers, show tunes, waltzes, polkas and favorites from the past.
