Livestock Check-In Trailer Information
**All Livestock Exhibitors, except Equine, must enter the Nebraska State Fair by first coming to the Check-In Trailer, which is located on Stolley Park Road, in Brunks Lot, across from the South Entrance Gate to the complex. You MUST access Stolley Park Road from Stuhr Road.
**All Exhibitors must come to the Check-In trailer prior to entering the grounds, to receive Parking Passes, Exhibitor Badges, and Tickets. DO NOT try to enter the grounds without coming to the Check-In Trailer FIRST.

Nebraska State Fair Feed Store
All feed and bedding needs will be handled by Mid-Nebraska Feeds, which is the local Purina dealer. Hay, bedding and/or feed will be available. A limited amount of first bedding will be provided for exhibitors in the Cattle Barn. Bulk bedding will be provided in the tie-out area. One bag of bedding will be provided for each sheep, goat and swine pen. Exhibitors will be permitted to bring onto the grounds a limited amount of feed, hay or straw. You can pre-order feed and bedding by contacting Mid-Nebraska Feeds at 308-382-3048.
W-9 Tax Form Requirement
The Nebraska State Fair is required to report payments of $600 or more
to the Internal Revenue Service. Any exhibitor receiving $600 or more will be required to provide the Nebraska State Fair with a completed IRS Form W-9 providing a taxpayer identification number. NO CHECK WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL A COMPLETED W-9 FORM IS IN THE LIVESTOCK OFFICE. Click to Download the W-9 Tax Form Here

2017 Department of Ag - Elite Showmanship Competition (4-H & FFA)
Located in the Bosselman Conference Center, Swine Arena and Five Points Bank Arena.
**Contest is open to both 4-H and FFA competitors; however, there may be only one exhibitor per county. Each participant must be at least 14 years of age to be eligible to show. Contest will include: a written test, beef showmanship, sheep showmanship, swine showmanship and interview. In small group rounds, exhibitors will be judged on their ability to effectively present the animal and conduct an interview about the species.
