County Fair Day celebrates County Fairs across the state, giving them the opportunity to be recognized and to showcase their Fair.

Come catch up with friends, neighbors, colleagues, and other County Fairs at the Luncheon! There will be a minimal fee. Float entry not required to attend. Please fill out the form below to receive information about the luncheon.

County Fair Parade

6:00p.m.

County Fairs and Ag Societies are encouraged to design a float to enter in the daily parade that celebrates and represents your County Fair! Nebraska State Fair will provide FREE admission for county fair boards that place a float in the County Fair Parade!

Parade Grand Marshals

The Nebraska State Fair is asking for nominations of individuals with affiliations to county fairs in Nebraska to be honored as State Fair Parade Grand Marshals.  (State Fair staff, Board members, and Foundation board members are not eligible.)  Those chosen as Grand Marshals will be recognized, will ride in the Grand Marshal vehicle in one of the daily State Fair parades, will receive 10 complimentary gate passes, and a reception in their honor.

If you would like to nominate an individual (or couple) from your county, please complete the nomination form below, attach a statement explaining why you feel this person/couple would make a great Nebraska State Fair Parade Grand Marshal(s), and return it to the address below by June 15 , 2010.
