Free Parking:
The Nebraska State Fair offers free parking. Gate entrances into State Fair Park for free public parking can be accessed from South Locust Street. Bus parking will be available on the North side of the grounds. Vendors and livestock exhibitors will be directed to the appropriate parking in their welcome packets that they will receive prior to the Fair.
Free Shuttle:
The Nebraska State Fair will offer a free shuttle service from select, free, off-site parking locations. There are several off-site parking locations throughout Grand Island. There will be a north route and a south route through Grand Island, and each will route will have three busses running throughout the shuttle days.

“People Mover” Shuttle Service:
Courtesy transportation, via tractor-drawn shuttles, is provided on the fairground. Shuttles on the fairgrounds are free.
Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals:
Home Town Mobility of Hartley, Iowa always holds a limited number of wheelchairs and electric scooters to be available for walk-up customers on a first come, first serve basis. All other wheelchairs and scooters are dedicated for reservations. (See below for instructions on how to reserve a scooter/wheelchair for a specific day and time). Wheelchairs rent for $15 per day; electric scooters rent for $55 per full day or $35 for half a day. Security deposit of a driver's license, debit or credit card is required for rentals. Cash, check, credit or debit cards are acceptable forms of payment.
Scooters and wheelchairs will be available for pick-up next to the main entrance, north of the exhibition building. Wheelchairs and scooters must be returned twenty minutes after exhibitors close at 9:00 p.m.
Scooter and Wheelchair Reservations: It is highly recommended that patrons wishing to rent these mobility aids reserve them by visiting the Home Town Mobility website at www.hometownmobilityia.com and Click on the Events/scooter reservations tab located in the upper left corner. Reservations can also be done by phone 9a.m. to 5p.m., weekdays, at 877-928-5388. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are limited to half of the units available. So reserve early to be assured a unit!
Persons with Disabilities:
All major exhibit buildings at the Fairgrounds are ADA accessible. Wheelchairs, including motorized, can be brought on the Fairgrounds or can be rented at the Nebraska State Fair's main entrance on a first come first serve basis. Personal golf carts on the grounds are not allowed due to liability issues. Trained service animals are welcome at the State Fair.
There are parking areas available for vehicles with a handicap placard or license plate. Nebraska State Fair staff can direct you to the special handicap parking areas..
Mom's Nursing Lounge:
Welcome Center
The Mom's Nursing Lounge offers a private, climate controlled area for moms and their babies. Educational information will also be available.
Automated Teller Machines (ATM):
Ready cash may be obtained from ATMs located throughout the fairgrounds. Please check back for more information. 
Wi-Fi:
There will be Wi-Fi hot spots throughout the Fairgrounds.
Emergency Services:
Emergency services may be obtained by reporting your situation to any State Patrol, Paramedic, or Security Officer on patrol.
First Aid Services:
Welcome Center
For minor emergency services, the First Aid Station is located in the Welcome Center.
