Maintenance Worker
The Nebraska State fair is seeking seasonal maintenance personnel to help in the preparation, set up and handling maintenance related issues at the fair. Applicants should have knowledge of basic maintenance that may include minor construction, mowing and similar work. Experience in equipment operations is helpful.

ShoWorks Data Entry
The data entry position is responsible to follow the direction of the coordinator and will
enter data related to State Fair entries, both livestock and domestic, handle ticket
distribution, and make adjustments as necessary to keep fi les current. This position also
requires coordination of payouts to winners, overseeing open class exhibition area and
other duties.
Both positions require a working knowledge of computers, ability to work in both Excel
and Word formats and familiarity with the creation and use of PDF fi les. It’s also
important that applicants have reasonable accounting skills.
